When Fashion meets Interior Design

Did you catch my views on Instagram or Facebook from the Fashion International event I attended? It’s a global, non-profit professional organization with over 5,000 members. Wow, right? Can I just tell you that when I walked in to the location I was like ummm what is this place. Then my eyes got big from the fabulous decor and the welcome I received from the Chair of the organization.

Initially, there was no way for me to focus on the people there because I was too caught up in the aesthetics of the design. Once I took it all in, I noticed from the display that the Pantone color of the year, Coral, was on display by designer Mimi Miller along with some spring neutrals. Lawrence Behr, VP of Ike Behr Suits and Tailoring, shared some great business marketing tips on how you can transition a suit from work to evening to travel. What topped the night off....I was the “WINNER” of a beautiful coral arrangement by Amy of Flora Roots & Stems.
