Embracing My Journey: From Uncertainty to Empowerment
Growing up, I always had a sense that I would make an impact on the world. But little did I know what path I would take, who I would become, or the incredible places I would go. If I could go back in time and tell my younger self that doors beyond my wildest dreams would open for me, I'm not sure I would have believed it. Yet, here I am, living a life filled with unexpected opportunities.
This past year has been one of the most challenging in recent memory. But through every obstacle, I've continued to rise. One thing that has become abundantly clear to me is the power of my tribe – the people who have shown up for me in countless ways. Their unwavering support has been a beacon of light in my darkest moments, and I am forever grateful for each and every one of them.
Somewhere along the way, I realized that I needed to stop playing small and allowing others to put me in a box. I decided that I wouldn't settle for being number two when I had the potential to be number one. It was time to raise my vibrations and step into my true self.
The journey I'm on now is a testament to the fact that I'm here for the long haul. I'm not just passing through; I'm here to make a lasting impact. And today, at the PG County Film Festival event, I was reminded of just how far I've come.
