MIND, BODY, and SPACE

Special Thank you to Lisa Doughtery for booking me to be a Guest Speaker at the No More Martys Restoration for Black Women 2K19 the weekend of Jan 12th in Washington,DC. This organization focuses on mental illness and providing a safe space for women to discuss life experiences. My topic of discussion was Decluttered Mindset translates to Decluttered spaces. Here’s a quote that I just created, I believe that your physical clutter is sometimes a direct correlation with a mental clutter so I’m very passionate about helping individuals and organizations both your physical space and mind to increase productivity.

Real change comes when we do the inner work and show up in full power.  The room was filled with so many beautiful women who initially couldn’t correlate why would there be an Interior Designer at such event. A hectic cluttered, indecisive lifestyle that carries over into your home. That’s not cute! Not at all and some need order in their life.I’m encouraging all of you to take the time out to focus and reposition yourself and it starts with your home which by the way translates to YOU!
